They could begin by answering the phone my son rang to get me an appointment saying i had breathing problems and chest pain he was told to ring back in morning and try for an appointment disgusting service

It is virtually impossible to get an appointment at lodge health. You need to spend up to two hours trying to get through to a constantly engaged phone line to then be told that they have released all the appointments for a week today, try again tomorrow then get hung up on. If you work and only have specific days you can get off you have no chance of ever seeing a doctor. The practice is only able to cater for retired or people who don't work and have the time to spend a week on the phone! Apparently, working adults don't need health care!!
